Piano: Weijie Li
Weijie Li, an Associate Professor of Shanghai Conservatory of Music, serves as the senior judge of the Piano Grades of both Shanghai Conservatory of Music and China Musicians Association. Graduated from Musikhochschule Lübeck and Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg, Weijie Li had studied with the well-known pianist, composer Professor Zhao Xiaosheng, and Professor Manfred Fock, holding a Master’s degree in Piano Performance. He once was awarded the Prize of Excellence in the 17th “Rome 2006” International Piano Competition and First Place in the “VALTIDONE” International Piano Competition in Italy. As a pianist, he has held various classical recitals and chamber music concerts in Germany, Austria, Italy, Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, and many other places. Since 2008, Weijie Li has perform over 100 concerts of “You Are Pianist – Classical Music Enlightenment and Multimedia Interactive Concert for Children and Parents”, which is well-received.
